Shipping and Return policy

MediNeeds promises to provide you with the best online shopping experience. We assure you that all precautions are taken so that your package reaches you intact and on time.

The customer has the right to get an invoice that includes the terms of purchase with the signature of both parties.

MediNeeds promises you that the orders would reach your doorstep within max 5 business days from the time the order has been placed.

Warranty:-

1-One year warranty.

2- If you have a defect during the warranty period, you are welcome to visit our company for maintenance and service.

3- If you have a defect and want a visit during the warranty period, fees are the same as shipping fees (see the above table).

4- If you want to send the product via a shipping company, you will pay the full amount of the delivery.

 * Warranty doesn't include damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, improper handling of the device.

Return Policy:

How to Return or exchange an Item?
a) Your item must be in its original condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 days from the date of receiving it, providing that:

  • Products are returned in its original packaging.
  • The product shows no sign of usage.
  • The product is complete i.e. no missing components.
  • The stamped invoice & original receipt is attached.
  1. b) If the product has a manufacturer defect, we are committed to exchange it with a new one.
  2. c) If there is a repeated defect more than 2 times in the first year, we will be happy to accept the product as a return or exchange it with a new one. 
  3. d) If you want to return the product within 14 days, you will be charged for the disposable parts.
